Abstract

The Manuscript of Dvůr Králové (Königinhof an der Elbe) remains a relevant topic
of research more than two hundred years after its discovery and around one hundred
and fifty years after its exposure as a forgery. The guest book of the manuscript
chamber at Dvůr Králové, where the manuscript was found, has recently been made
available in digital form, thereby offering new perspectives for analysis of the manuscript
and the history of its discovery. Augmented with the corresponding metadata,
for example, the records enable geographic visualisation of the origins of persons
who visited the manuscript chamber – as well as opening up numerous other avenues
for research.
